The Damian P. Meehan Memorial Fund, Inc. was established in 2002 by the Meehan family.
Our mission is to commemorate Damian’s memory while funding educational scholarships
to children in need.
Scholarships have been established at Good Shepherd Grammar School in Manhattan,
St. Raymond’s High School for Boys in the Bronx, Glen Rock High School in
Glen Rock, NJ, and Monroe-Woodbury High School in Monroe, NY.
Candidates for the Memorial scholarship must be in good academic standing, have
a demonstrated need for tuition assistance and exemplify many of the qualities that
Damian held dear to his heart, such as his willingness to help others, love of family
and friends, determination and the importance of community service.
Ultimately, Damian’s remembrance will enable many young students to fulfill
their dreams.
